By requesting, booking, or receiving services from Maven Facility Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Maven Facility Solutions provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Pitt County and surrounding areas. Services may include routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, commercial and janitorial cleaning, and other agreed-upon services.

The exact scope of work will be based on the estimate, service agreement, invoice, or other written communication provided for your appointment.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information provided by the client and the anticipated condition, size, and cleaning needs of the property.

If the property requires significantly more time, labor, or specialized cleaning than originally described, Maven Facility Solutions may recommend an adjustment to the service price or scope of work. We will communicate significant changes whenever reasonably possible before additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time may also be treated as a late cancellation.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other billing arrangements have been approved in advance.

Commercial clients with established payment terms must pay according to the due date listed on their invoice or service agreement.

Maven Facility Solutions reserves the right to pause or discontinue future services on accounts with past-due balances.

Service Satisfaction & Touch-Ups

We want our clients to be satisfied with their cleaning service. Any missed areas or minor service concerns should be reported within 3 days of the completed service.

When appropriate, Maven Facility Solutions may return to address reasonable touch-ups or minor corrections during this period. After 3 days, the service will be considered complete and all work final.

Touch-ups do not include additional services, newly created messes, normal use after the cleaning, or work that was not included in the original scope of service.

Property Condition & Cleaning Results

Some stains, buildup, discoloration, damage, wear, mold, mineral deposits, permanent marks, or other conditions may not be completely removable through standard cleaning methods. Maven Facility Solutions does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, damage, deterioration, or conditions beyond the reasonable scope of professional cleaning.

Safety

Maven Facility Solutions reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue service when conditions are unsafe.

This may include, but is not limited to:

Hazardous materials
Significant biohazards
Active pest infestations
Unsafe structural conditions
Aggressive or unsecured animals
Dangerous or unsanitary working conditions

Clients should secure pets, valuables, medications, firearms, sensitive documents, and fragile or irreplaceable items before service begins.

Damages

Our team takes reasonable care while working in your property. Any concerns regarding accidental damage or breakage should be reported promptly. Maven Facility Solutions is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, fragile items that were not disclosed, or unsecured valuables.

Photos

With client permission, Maven Facility Solutions may take before-and-after photos of completed work for quality assurance, documentation, or marketing purposes. Personally identifiable information will not intentionally be displayed in marketing materials without permission.

Website Use

Content on the Maven Facility Solutions website is provided for general informational purposes. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice.

Submitting an estimate request through the website does not guarantee availability or create a binding service agreement until services are confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Maven Facility Solutions is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes to These Terms

Maven Facility Solutions may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
